Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, we can usually accommodate. However, in order to keep our costs low, we do need to have some rules in place. At the end of the day, we want everyone to get the product they want, quickly, and at a fair price.  If you are unsure of an item, please CONTACT US before ordering. 

Returns That Were Our Fault:

If we make a mistake, we don't expect you to pay for it. Examples of mistakes we could make include:

  • Shipping you an item other than the one you ordered
  • Shipping you a damaged item
  • Failing to package the item in an appropriate manner

If this is the case, we will do one of two things at our discretion:

  • Pay for your return shipping, and ship you a new item at no cost.
  • Ship you a new item, while allowing you to dispose of the incorrect item. 

Returns Derived from a Customers Decision:

Below is a list of reasons we would deem the customer responsible for causing the need for a return. 
  • Changing your mind
  • Selecting the wrong item online
  • Submitting an incorrect product number for a special order
  • Not realizing what an item is actually like before buying

If your return falls into this category, it will be subject to the following penalties. Refunds will not be processed until the item is received. 

  • 30% re-stocking fee
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
Item Condition 

Returned items must:

  • Be in original packaging
  • Be un-used and show no signs of use.


Submitting a Return

  1. The first step is to CONTACT US via phone or email. Here we can discuss your return, and arrange to have the item sent back.

  2. If it is our mistake, use the pre-paid shipping label sent to you after contacting us. Otherwise, mail the item to our address with your chosen method. 
  3. Inform us that the item has shipped. We will contact you as soon as we receive it. 
  4. Your refund will be processed the same business day we receive the item. Replacement items will be sent out the following business day.
